Do you service my area?

We are called EcoClean DC because mostly everyone in the DMV area can identify themselves as a fellow Washingtonian. We proudly service Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning includes: bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room area. We will makes sure to leave a lasting impression on you and your home.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes, we always do but we’ll gladly implement any specific cleaning products needed upon request.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes, you absolutely can. You will see all the extras that we offer when you’re in the check-out section and there will also be a comment section for you to fill in any special requests.

How do I book my first appointment?

We take customer service very seriously and therefore would prefer to communicate with you directly.

Pricing & Policies

What are EcoClean DC credits?

We love to give back when you pass the word onto a friend and/or family member about our company. We are always changing our referral credits so please check the website for updates.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

All of our cleaning professionals go through background checks prior to arriving to your home. We will make sure to do our part in keeping you, your loved ones, and pets out of harms way.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

We will apologize and do everything in  our power to make things right. We never want any hiccups to occur but if they do you can rest assured that we’ll live up to our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes, your information is kept private and confidential and is never stored in our website.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, each and every cleaning processional goes through a background check.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

Our number #1 goal and number #1 priority will always be our customers. If at any time you feel less than 100% satisfied with our service then all you have to do is contact us. We will immediately respond to you and ensure that you’re satisfied with our work. We will make it right, that is a promise we sincerely live up to.
